the icy fighter is a pretty good build (imho and the opinions of everyone I've ever been on a team with) but a select few have told me the build will be "Ripped apart" if i posted it on a site with decent players.
Skills:
Victorious Sweep: If this attack hits, you deal +25 damage. If the target foe has less Health than you, you gain 70 Health.
C:5 R:4
Reason: Same bonus damage as other skills of its cost, but the other attack skill's bonuses would not be used.
Eremite's Attack: If this attack hits, you deal +9 damage for each adjacent foe (maximum 30 bonus damage).
C:5 A:0.75 R:4
Reason: bonus is commonly used in PvE, but the activation time will be used in both PvE and PvP.
Mystic Sweep: If this attack hits, you deal +9 damage for each Enchantment on you (maximum 30 bonus damage).
C:5 A:0.75 R:4
Reason: bonus should always be used, and the activation time will be useful for a spike.
Mystic Vigor: For 20 seconds, every time you successfully hit with an attack, you gain 6 Health for each Enchantment on you (maximum 25 Health).
C:5 A:0.25 R:15
Reason: 24 Hp per hit is a pretty decent self heal.
Frigid Armor: For 20 seconds, you have +30 armor against physical damage and cannot be set on fire.
C:5 A:2 R:20
Reason: 100 armor and immunity to searing flames is nothing to overlook.
Conjure Frost: For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a cold weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 14 cold damage.
C:10 A:1 R:30
Reason: since your scythe is quite likely to hit for very low damage, this adds some reliability to your attacks in the form of an easily-maintainable enchantment.
Mirror of Ice (Elite): For 60 seconds, the next time an enemy Spell would deal damage to you, that damage is negated and that Spell's caster takes 60 damage.
C:5 A:0.25 R:10
Reason: This easy-to-maintain, and unexpected elite enchantment, will confuse the hell out of most casters who have long overlooked it. In PvP, Most casters wont understand why they didn't harm you and move on to a target that seems easier.
Resurrection Signet: you all know what this does.
Attributes:
Mysticism: 10 + 1 + 1
Scythe Mastery: 11 + 1
Water Magic: 10
Equipment:
Windwalker's Insignia Armor
Armor +5 (while affected by 1 or more Enchantment Spells)
Armor +5 (while affected by 2 or more Enchantment Spells)
Armor +5 (while affected by 3 or more Enchantment Spells)
Icy +15% while enchanted Scythe of Enchanting
The Soulbreaker is perfect
Useage:
*Maintain Frigid Armor, Conjure Frost and Mirror of Ice.
*Cast Mystic Vigor before a battle and keep it on you until the fight is over.
*whenever you have an opening chain your attack skills for a pretty effective spike.
Victorious Sweep=>Eremite's Attack=>Mystic Sweep
Thats about it. I don't think I forgot anything.

well im the one who posted it there. and i was getting annoyed with the whole "wiki build are crap" thing, so i decided to put it here on a "real" site for some "actual players" to look at.

Seems too defensive to me. Reaper's Sweep and Chilling Victory in place of Mirror of Ice and Eremite's Attack perhaps?

Well, let´s check some things here.. (I´ll be talking PvP-wise.. For PvE, almost anything works well )
1) don´t you have anergy management problems? because your enchants last for soo long.. You won´t be getting too much energy from them I guess
2) Skill Wise
2.1 Scythe attacks: not using a bonus is an advantage to your enemy in PvP.. Try to explore more your 'utilities belt' in Scythe attacks.. For example: Why using Eremite´s attack if you´re going 1v1? Why don´t you use Crippling Sweep? it´s cheap, kinda fast recharge, and will keep you oponents from kiting.. The other 2 look nice IMHO.
2.2 Enchants: since your ice enchants won´t be dropping that fast, you won´t get a lot of energy from them.. Why don´t you drop the mysticism and put those point in earth prayers? 2 great skills i remember now from head are Mystic regeneration (+9 hp regen if you´re with all 3 enchants= no degen will bother you) and Armor of sanctity (if you bring crippling Sweep, of course)
Honestly i didn´t test the build yet-don´t have the ele elite to try it out-, but it seems to do some pretty nice dmg, even to warriors, since it´s all elemental-based dmg.
Besides that, Good luck with the build!

alright im going to try to respond ot both of you at once, here goes......
Eremite's Attack is very important because it lets you get in an extra attack that sometimes has bonus damage, in .75 seconds when it could take almost 2 seconds to swing your scythe again.
Reapers sweep is a viable alternative to Victorious Sweep and mirror of ice but leaves you with a little less defense.
you really dont need to spam the attack skills to much, so 4 regen keeps you at decent energy levels. chilling victory, however at 10 energy would probably throw your energy balance off and keep you below 4 alot.
using earth prayers seems like a great idea, i think i will try that out.
and thanks for the comments, the damage is usually pretty high, espically to warriors, but rangers are sometimes a problem.
